There are events that don’t just decorate our lives, but become their musical mark. The very one that will give us goosebumps years later, as soon as a familiar melody starts playing. For me, such an event was Candlelight: A Tribute to Coldplay concerts – an evening for which I am ready to prepare as for something personal and important.
It all started when my friends and I decided: stop waiting for the perfect moment – let’s create it ourselves. The idea came spontaneously: tickets for the Candlelight concert dedicated to Coldplay were on sale, and we simply couldn’t pass by. The music of this band has accompanied us for many years – from our student years to today’s roads, victories and experiences. And now imagine: not just a concert, but a live performance of their greatest hits among hundreds of real candles. An atmosphere that warms you up inside even before the first chord sounds.

When music becomes light
The Candlelight format cannot be compared to a regular concert. It is as if a concert and an art performance merged into something much more sensual. Imagine an evening where the space is filled with the soft light of hundreds of candles. Where each chord sounds especially pure, almost physically felt in the chest. Where you are not a spectator somewhere in the hall, but a participant in something almost sacred – quiet, deep, very real.
That’s why I’m not just waiting for this concert – I’m living it. I’m replaying in my head the moments when Clocks starts playing , the string quartet takes the first notes of Fix You , and the audience holds its breath. Coldplay is a band whose songs can speak for you when you can’t find the words yourself. And in the acoustic Candlelight sound, they become almost a confession.
Why this evening will be special
I am sure that this concert will give you more than just music. It will give you a moment of the present. In this world where everything happens too fast, where we endlessly switch between tasks, calls and notifications, it is so important to be able to stop. Coldplay’s music is exactly about this – about inner contact with yourself. And surrounded by candlelight, this contact becomes almost meditative.
I want to slow down every moment to feel everything. I want to remember how my friends’ eyes will shine, how someone next to me will quietly sing the words, how someone will not be able to hold back their tears. Such evenings are necessary for everyone – to remind us what we live for.
Not just a concert – a memory for a lifetime
When we bought the tickets, we didn’t know how much we would be looking forward to this day. But now every morning begins with a phrase in the general chat: “Minus one!” We discuss what we will wear, how early we will arrive, what will be the most powerful moment. And all this creates that very anticipatory magic from which the most vivid memories are born.
I like to think that this evening will stay with us for a long time. That it will be associated with warmth, closeness, light, music that seems to be created to heal, inspire, support. And somewhere in memory, this hall, hundreds of candles and a voice that sounds through time will forever remain.
There’s just a little bit left…
When dreams come true, you want to do everything to make them stay in your heart as long as possible. Candlelight is not just a project. It is a gentle, almost magical way to feel music in a new way. And if you have ever dreamed of being in a world where sound and light intertwine into a single sensation, where the evening turns into art, then do not miss this chance.
We are already there – in our thoughts. And very soon it will be in reality. And I know for sure: this will be one of those evenings after which you will want to hug your friends and quietly say – thank you for being there. Thank you, Coldplay. Thank you, candles. Thank you, life.
